Welcome to Eirlux. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all private driver hire, chauffeur services, airport transfers, and tours provided by Eirlux.

2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered provisional until a deposit has been received by Eirlux.
Dates and vehicles cannot be guaranteed without payment of the required deposit.
Eirlux reserves the right to release unconfirmed dates to other clients if a deposit has not been received.
Once a deposit has been paid, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email or message.

3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Remaining balances can be paid in advance or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Payment methods accepted may include card payment, bank transfer, or secure payment link.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation Policy
We offer a cooling-off period for new bookings.
Customers may cancel free of charge within 7 days of making the booking, provided the scheduled service date is not within that 7-day period.
Cancellations made after this period may result in loss of deposit.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
If Eirlux must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of monies paid will be issued.

5. Changes to Bookings
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to itineraries, pickup times, or passenger numbers.
However:
Changes are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, waiting time, or upgraded vehicle requirements.

6. Vehicle & Driver Availability
In rare circumstances, Eirlux may need to substitute a vehicle or driver due to mechanical issues, staffing, weather conditions, or operational reasons.
Any replacement vehicle provided will be of a similar standard where possible.

7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to:
Treat vehicles and drivers respectfully.
Wear seatbelts at all times.
Avoid smoking or vaping inside vehicles.
Ensure children wear seat belts at all times.
Eirlux reserves the right to refuse service to passengers displaying abusive, dangerous, or intoxicated behaviour.
Any damage caused to vehicles by passengers may result in cleaning or repair charges.

8. Delays & Traffic
While we aim to operate on schedule at all times, Eirlux cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic
Road closures
Weather conditions
Ferry or flight disruptions
Events outside of our control
We strongly recommend allowing sufficient travel time for flights, tours, and connections.

9. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage requirements are communicated in advance.
Eirlux cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles.

10. Tours & Itineraries
Tour routes and sightseeing stops may occasionally need to change due to weather, traffic, attraction closures, or timing restrictions.
Drivers may make recommendations to improve the experience or maintain scheduling.

While we aim to keep all information on Eirlux accurate and up to date, Eirlux does not guarantee that all website content, pricing, or availability is error-free.

Customer information is used solely for booking and operational purposes and will never be sold to third parties.
